When you hire Surfbird Media to develop your website, you will receive a personal and thoughtful design experience.  Our goal is to create a final product that reflects your brand identity while delivering an effective marketing tool for years to come. 

A successful project thrives on collaboration and communication. Therefore, the design process is divided into four phases: Strategy, Design, Refine, and Launch. Each step is critical to developing a website that reflects your authentic brand identity and business goals from the ground up.

Although website design is our most requested service, the majority of Surfbird’s clients add on à la carte deliverables to cover their exact needs. We are happy to chat more about each option in-depth and explore what’s best for you after your initial inquiry.

Turnaround time varies depending on project scope, as well as client response time. But typically, the design and implementation take 6-8 weeks from start to finish. Add-on collateral items (like content management or maintenance services) incur extra time. We will share specific timelines once your project has begun.

Because each and every single project is different, we’ll discuss your exact needs and put together a completely customized proposal. Investment varies depending on overall complexity and the project’s unique deliverables. A 50% deposit is required to schedule and reserve a spot for your project on our calendar. The final payment is collected prior to delivery and launch. However, this is an investment in your business, self, and livelihood that we take seriously. So, we are happy to offer payment options to make the process more accessible. Just ask!
